Update v1.9.22 "Tugboat tantrum"

v1.9.22 "Tugboat tantrum" is being uploaded for production Android and iOS. 

Updates should show up in a few days depending on the reviewing agencies. Please make sure you have exported backups for the stories you are writing.

This update is small, just an update to make the header easier to see, for it to work in iOS without dragging while scrolling. Also, the story browser now shows the username (when available) and you can also search by username. (lookup freakypie :) )

This app is not anywhere near where I want it to be when I'm "done". The goal is to make a full story editor capable of doing an RPG game. I have a lot of ideas of where to go next like:

- battle updates to make character progress possible

- achievements (with anonymous tracking and statistics like steam)

- objective lists (which can show permanently on screen)

- better story browsing

- more tutorials
